Node.js Developer

Job Description

Application Development

• Build RESTful microservices and APIs with Node.js using appropriate data stores (Relational & NoSQL)
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud applications (AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS)
• Implement API security, data encryption, and maintain high-quality coding standards

DevOps & Observability

• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and automation
• Utilize observability tools like Splunk or Dynatrace for monitoring and debugging
• Ensure maintainable, extensible, and resilient solutions following best practices

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Mentor and collaborate with globally distributed teams (APAC, EMEA, US)
• Support production applications and continuously improve performance and reliability

Quality & Testing

• Focus on unit testing, test automation, and adherence to quality standards
• Follow best practices for operational excellence and recoverability
