Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Node.js and Microservices Architecture to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud technologies, REST APIs, CI/CD, and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure applications using Node.js and Microservices Architecture.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable backend services following industry best practices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, backend services, and enterprise-grade applications.
• Decompose monolithic applications into independent microservices using modern architectural patterns.
• Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Bounded Context, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Event-Driven Architecture, and Polyglot Persistence where applicable.
• Develop scalable integrations and contribute to iPaaS platform development.
• Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar.
• Design and optimize database schemas for both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation, best coding practices, and innovation.

Required Skills &

Experience :

• 35 years of hands-on experience in software development and backend engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6 ), and TypeScript.
• Solid experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, and Software Engineering principles.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and scalable application design.
• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as :
• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• MySQL
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with messaging/event streaming platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and application monitoring tools.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI/UX fundamentals.
• Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns and iPaaS platforms.
• Exposure to Java or Python development.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms or data analytics solutions.
• Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub profile.
