Nodejs Developer

Looking for an experienced and highly motivated Back-end Developer to help us build delightful subscription products for our users. You will be responsible for the server-side web application logic and architecture integration with e-commerce platforms as well as supporting the front end in their integration of the API.If you have a passion for programming to build beautiful innovative applications are looking for challenges and want to be part of the highly growing subscription economy then you will love this job and its responsibilities and opportunities

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop Loop Subscriptions backend systems and APIs
• Ensure that the platform and system can scale alongside the business
• Develop backend services with an emphasis on accuracy completeness and performance
• Define software development standards and guidelines within the technology team
• Test software to ensure correctness responsiveness and performance
• Focus on the security of the platform and related services at all levels

Requirements :

• 4+ years of backend software development experience or equivalent
• Strong experience developing backend applications in NodeJS
• Strong experience in designing and integrating developing web services and REST/JSON APIs
• Experience in the design of new solutions and architectures and CI/CD automation
• Experience with cloud computing technologies and services (Amazon AWS)
• Experience in deploying end-to-end solutions on AWS
• Experience with databases and data stores in general (MySQL PostgreSQL Redis - )
• Experience with Unix-based operating systems
• Good analytical problem-solving skills and willingness to investigate complex problems
• Customer-oriented and sensitive to the end-user experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience implementing and extending complex business logic

Bonus points :

• A passion for building eCommerce applications
• Previous startup experience
• Experience with building apps on Shopify WordPress UniCommerce or similar
• Experience with payment APIs
