Provide application support and maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
Perform bug fixing and minor enhancements
Analyze root cause and ensure permanent fixes
Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Participating in KT sessions and documentation
Ensure application performance and stability
*Skills & Experience
36 years of professional experience in software development
Advanced experience in Node.js development
Intermediate-level expertise in MSSQL (query writing, joins, performance basics)
Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
Experience in debugging and production issue handling
Good knowledge of SQL concepts and database design
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in support & maintenance projects
Exposure to logging, monitoring, and debugging tools
Basic understanding of cloud or DevOps practices
Rotational shifts (coverage between 7 AM – 11 PM)
7 days support model (weekly offs in rotation)
