Norwin Technologies - Senior Python Developer - AI Platform

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design and develop scalable backend applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices, along with handson experience building or integrating Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI workflows.

The role involves developing enterprisegrade backend systems, integrating AI capabilities, and building intelligent applications using modern cloudnative technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.
• Build secure, highperformance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Develop and integrate LLMpowered applications, AI agents, conversational assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
• Implement RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, tool calling, and agent orchestration workflows.
• Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems into AIpowered applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and Platform Engineering teams to deliver productionready solutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, testing, version control, CI/CD, and deployment.

Required Skills :

• Strong handson experience in Python backend development.
• Proficiency in Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), FastAPI, and RESTful API development.
• Experience developing or integrating Generative AI, LLMbased applications, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of microservices, system design, distributed systems, and database management.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problemsolving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Good to Have :

• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data modeling.
• Exposure to GPUbased AI deployments, NVIDIA GPUs, or Kubernetesbased AI workloads.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Vue.
• Experience with AI deployment optimization, monitoring, and cost management.

Candidate Profile :

Candidates should have strong backend engineering fundamentals and practical experience integrating AI capabilities into production applications. Experience in building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems is essential.
