Design, develop, configure, and maintain Hyland OnBase solutions.
Develop and support OnBase Workflow, Unity Forms, WorkView, Document Management, and Case Management applications.
Configure document types, keywords, life cycles, queues, and user groups.
Develop integrations between OnBase and enterprise applications using APIs, Web Services, and .NET technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve OnBase application issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
Support upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams.
