Pega Developer - BPM

Role Overview :

Strong experience working with the Pega Platform and Pega BPM solutions.

Experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow applications.

• Working with cloud-based Pega environments.
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Business Process Management (BPM)
• Decisioning and Business Rules
• Integrations and APIs
• User Interface Development
• Application Debugging and Troubleshooting
• Performance Optimisation

Pega Platform Experience :

Candidates should demonstrate strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

1.

Pega Customer

Service :

• Delivering customer-focused workflow solutions, including case management, service request automation, omnichannel customer engagement, customer interaction management, and intelligent routing.

2.

Pega Sales

Automation :

• Supporting sales and business development processes, including lead and opportunity management, customer onboarding, workflow orchestration, and CRM-related integrations.

3. Pega Platform & Workflow Automation :

• Building enterprise workflow solutions, including case lifecycle management, business rules implementation, process orchestration, and enterprise system integrations.

Desirable Experience :

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience with cloud technologies, REST/SOAP integrations, and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflow automation and mentoring junior developers.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
