Role : Senior Java Developer
Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad

What You'll Do :
1. Programming :
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, with experience designing and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
2. Frameworks :
- Advanced proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with a focus on modular, maintainable, and cloud-ready solutions.
3. Integration & Messaging :
- Skilled in Kafka, and MQSQL, with a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) and real-time data streaming.
4. Databases & Storage :
- Practical experience working with Snowflake, MongoDB, Azure SQL, Azure Database, and Azure Storage (Blob/Table/Queue). Any Database is fine, Azure and MongoDB is a plus.
Expertise You'll Bring :
1. Cloud :
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud deployments, monitoring, automation, and cloud-native service development.
2. Domain Expertise :
- Experience delivering end-to-end solutions within the Insurance domain, covering core processes, workflows, and integrations.
3. AI Tools & Productivity :
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT (including Prodigy); familiarity with Claude is an added advantage.
4. DevOps / CICD :
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
5. Soft Skills & Ownership :
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to take full product ownership, driving solutions from initial design and implementation through to production delivery and support.
