About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and NoSQL databases to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, system integration, and Agile software development practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and implement integration solutions using Apache Camel.
- Develop and optimize applications using NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following best development practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable) :
- Strong experience in Java Development
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Expertise in Apache Camel
- Experience working with NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Fluent in English
Good to Have :
- Experience with CouchDB
- Experience working on enterprise integration projects
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of software development experience with strong backend development expertise.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
