React Native Developer
About The Role :
We are seeking a talented and driven React Native Developer to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications across both Android and iOS platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product management, UI/UX design, and backend engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and highly performant mobile experiences. The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in cross-platform architectures and a passion for engineering fluid user interfaces that support and accelerate the company's core mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cross-Platform Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-fidelity cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript to ensure flawless execution across ecosystem segments.
- API & SDK Integration : Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs seamlessly while prioritizing secure, optimized, and reliable data exchange mechanisms.
- Performance Optimization : Audit and optimize application performance, responsiveness, frame rates, and memory stability across a wide range of diverse Android and iOS architectures.
- Design System Alignment : Implement high-fidelity, reusable UI components and maintain architectural consistency with the core corporate design system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work in sync with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate conceptual workflows into robust, production-ready mobile features.
- Quality Engineering : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; compose meaningful unit and integration tests, actively participate in peer code reviews, and champion engineering best practices.
- App Store Lifecycle Management : Safely manage application builds, continuous deployments, TestFlight configurations, and production rollouts through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Professional Experience : 3 - 6 years of verified professional experience in mobile application engineering, with deep, specialized domain expertise in React Native.
- Tech Stack Mastery : Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6 ), React Native core libraries, and robust state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
- Native Capabilities : Proven experience integrating native bridging modules and deeply working with platform-specific Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Objective-C/Swift) ecosystem capabilities.
- Diagnostics & Architecture : Solid understanding of mobile-first profiling, native debugging tools, UI rendering optimization, and automated testing frameworks.
- CI/CD Pipelines : Familiarity with version control workflows (Git), continuous integration pipelines, and automated mobile release toolchains (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions).
- Modern Best Practices : Strong exposure to digital accessibility standards (WCAG), advanced mobile security principles (data encryption, secure storage), and cross-device responsive fluid design layout systems.
