Process Assistant

Description

• Daily Management of shift
• Supporting Ops team various on floor operations as per requirement
• Planning & scheduling supplies requirement to vendors
• Co-ordinate with external warehouse and procurement team for shipping supplies to receive centre
• ASSPL Material Movement tracking & GST invoice/STN creation
• Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety
• MIS preparation
• Receiving of goods physically at site and entry in COUPA inventory module
• Taking physical stock and doing cycle count in COUPA
• Managing and scanning Totes and Foldable large container compliance and share MIS with teams

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience relevant experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems
