Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Accurately document interactions and follow up where required
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalations
Meet individual and team service quality metrics 🔹 Mandatory Requirements
✅ Exactly 1 year of work experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✅ Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM systems
