Position: Process Simulation Twin & Optimization Engineer

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. 15–20+ years of experience in process simulation/modeling.

Minimum Requirement:

• 15–20+ years of experience in process simulation/modeling. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Develop and maintain process simulation models (steady-state & dynamic).
• Use digital twins to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize plant performance.
• Identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and yield enhancements.
• Perform debottlenecking studies and solve complex operational issues.
• Validate models using real plant data and sensitivity analysis.
• Lead technical reviews, feasibility studies, and safety assessments.
• Support operations teams and provide expert technical guidance.
