Required Skills

• Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre in an International process as a Trainer.
• Graduation is a must.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
• Must have experience in Cloud, Data Analytics tools like Looker, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
