About Position

What You'll Do

• Perform firstlevel monitoring and execution of Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance registers, risk logs, policy documents, and evidence repositories.
• Conduct preliminary assessments for policy adherence, access reviews, and control checks.
• Support internal and external audit preparation by collecting required data and documentation.
• Track compliance tasks, remediation activities, and follow-up actions with relevant teams.
• Monitor security alerts or non-compliance observations and escalate as per defined SOPs.
• Update dashboards, reports, and documentation in GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or equivalent).
• Maintain proper documentation for risk assessments, incident logs, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Security, IT Ops, HR, PMO, etc.) to close compliance gaps.

Expertise You'll Bring

• Basic understanding of Information Security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR basics).
• Knowledge of risk assessment, compliance tracking, and audit fundamentals.
• Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with GRC tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a structured environment.
• Certifications like ISO 27001 Foundation, ITIL Foundation, or any security basics.
• Experience with access reviews, evidence collection, or security compliance tasks.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
