Job Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Project Manager with 10-14 years of expertise in managing CMS-based web development projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, execution, and client interaction, with a deep understanding of CMS platforms like Drupal, Sitecore, or AEM.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Perform project planning, estimation, and risk management
• Ensure timely delivery within defined SLAs
• Promote a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning
• Review and validate milestone deliverables including wireframes, specifications, and designs
• Resolve challenges related to CMS integrations, dependencies, and timelines
• Conduct feasibility analysis of project requirements and technical specifications

Requirements

• Expertise in project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical and technical documentation review skills
• Proven experience with Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, or similar CMS platforms
• Ability to lead client meetings and ensure clarity across project lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in SLA-driven delivery models
• Strong understanding of dependencies and technical challenges in CMS implementation
