Python AI & Automation Engineer (4-6 Years Experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Python AI & Automation Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in developing intelligent automation solutions and machine learning applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, and knowledge of deploying AI models into production using modern MLOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and automation solutions using Python.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for business use cases.
- Develop scalable data processing pipelines and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models using MLOps best practices.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support cloud-based deployments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the model lifecycle.
- Implement version control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices using Git.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize model performance, and ensure solution reliability.
- Document technical designs, deployment processes, and development standards.
Required Skills:
- 46 years of professional experience in Python development, AI, or automation.
- Strong programming expertise in Python with clean coding and debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience with core machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of MLOps concepts, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Docker for application containerization.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency with Git for source code management and collaborative development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP frameworks is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
