Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with 6.4 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate is a Python expert with deep experience in web frameworks, ETL processes, and multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

You will be responsible for building robust APIs, automating complex workflows, and ensuring the seamless integration of batch and stream processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• API & Backend Development: Design and implement high-performance, secure RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Django Rest Framework (DRF), Django, and Flask.

• Data Engineering & ETL: Build and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data transformation and visualization.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage services across both AWS and Azure environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.

• Data Processing: Develop and maintain both Batch and Stream processing workflows to handle large-scale data efficiently.

• Automation & Scrapping: Create Python automation scripts to streamline internal processes and develop advanced Web Scrapping solutions for data acquisition.

• Database Management: Architect and optimize schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• DevOps Integration: Containerize applications using Docker and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

• Frontend Collaboration: Work with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and Bootstrap to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Exactly 6.4+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.

• Core Python Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask, and DRF.

• Data Science Libraries: Strong hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

• Cloud Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in Azure and AWS cloud ecosystems.

• Data Processing: Solid understanding of Batch and Stream processing architectures.

• Web Technologies: Proficiency in Web Scrapping techniques and modern frontend basics (HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript).

• Databases: Deep knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) systems.

• Tools & Version Control: Expert in Git, Docker, and implementing CI/CD workflows.

• Project Management: Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and maintaining technical excellence through Confluence Docs.
