Role Description The Python Development Internship at SkillForge is a full-time, on-site role based in Adoni. Interns will assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging Python applications and scripts under the guidance of senior developers and mentors. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the development team on project requirements, writing clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews, and documenting features and fixes.

Interns will also be involved in learning and applying best practices in software development, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the continuous improvement of learning tools and training materials.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Programming and Software Development skills, with a focus on Python and basic understanding of software development life cycle.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, debugging, and the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with mentors, peers, and cross-functional teams, and for documenting technical work clearly.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales or client-interaction awareness if involved in demonstrating products, presenting project outcomes, or supporting user-facing initiatives.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), basic knowledge of databases and APIs, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Adoni.
