Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python development, designing scalable applications, and working with modern backend technologies. The candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment from Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Work with databases, cloud platforms, and version control systems.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to unit testing and automation frameworks.
