Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement robust AI pipelines using Python to automate data processing and model training, ensuring high performance and scalability for our enterprise clients.
- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models and RAG frameworks to enhance the accuracy and relevance of automated customer interactions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments, directly improving the efficiency of our data-driven decision-making processes.
- Optimize deep learning workflows using PyTorch and TensorFlow to reduce latency and improve the computational efficiency of our predictive analytics tools.
- Design and execute prompt engineering strategies to maximize the utility of Large Language Models, delivering superior output quality for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation to facilitate seamless knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability across the technical organization.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in Python development, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms to build efficient, production-grade AI solutions.
- Proven ability to leverage the modern AI stack, including Scikit-Learn, Pandas, and Numpy, to perform complex data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in building and deploying NLP-based applications, specifically utilizing LangChain and RAG methodologies to solve real-world information retrieval challenges.
- Strong command over Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with the ability to translate research-level concepts into scalable software components.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services to manage model deployment, infrastructure scaling, and data storage in a distributed, remote-first environment.
