Role Overview :
As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining high-traffic backend systems that serve as the backbone for our client-facing platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable code. Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Flask to support seamless integration across distributed systems.
- Develop and optimize complex database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and high availability for enterprise applications.
- Architect scalable backend services using Django to streamline business logic and improve overall system maintainability.
- Integrate machine learning models into production environments using Pandas and Python-based frameworks to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistent deployment cycles and environment parity across development and production stages.
- Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing using PyTest to maintain high code quality and minimize technical debt.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal resource utilization and system uptime.

Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling backend applications with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong command over data structures and algorithms, with the ability to solve complex computational problems efficiently.
- Proficient in version control workflows using Git to manage collaborative development in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
- Proven ability to work effectively in hybrid or office-based setups across Delhi NCR and Hyderabad, maintaining high productivity and team alignment.
