Hiring: Senior Python Backend Engineer | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Engineer to join our team and build highly scalable, distributed backend systems for HPC and hardware-intensive environments.

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 5+ Years

✅ Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Python
• Hands-on experience with AsyncIO, Concurrency, Multithreading, Thread Safety
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI (or similar async frameworks)
• gRPC and Protocol Buffers
• PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy
• Messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
• Experience with Slurm Workload Manager (Slurm), HPC Clusters, and Job Scheduling
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, Fault Tolerance, Retries, and Idempotency
• Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Git, and CI/CD

⭐ Preferred Skills

• FPGA, Embedded Linux, and Hardware Validation
• Kubernetes and Container Technologies
• Monitoring & Observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience in Production Migrations and Deployment Strategies
