Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer to join our engineering hub in Chennai, where you will play a pivotal role in architecting and scaling high-performance web applications. In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, UX designers, and key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python to support high-traffic applications, ensuring optimal performance for end-users.
- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces by integrating React, Angular, or Vue.js, enhancing the overall user experience and engagement metrics.
- Architect and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency for our production environments.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect web components that meet rigorous design standards.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the stack and implementing efficient data processing workflows to improve system throughput.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical growth within the team.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, production-grade applications using Python, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and RESTful API design.
- Proven ability to develop modular and maintainable frontend architectures using React, Angular, or Vue.js, coupled with a strong eye for UX principles.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise-grade solutions across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Chennai.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality software within a 6 to 10-year professional tenure.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies and industry best practices.
