Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Python Developer with at least 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Python programming and demonstrate expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Python development efforts: Architect, design, and implement robust Python applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, front-end developers, and other team members to align development with business goals.
- Develop and optimize APIs and back-end services: Create and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
- Maintain and improve code quality: Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation through code reviews and mentoring.
- Integrate and manage data solutions: Work with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, data lakes, and external APIs to store and retrieve data efficiently.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and implement new technologies and tools to improve system performance, security, and development workflow.
- Mentor junior developers: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, helping them grow and succeed.
- Contribute to the full SDLC: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
