Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer for our reputed client with 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, application design, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Develop and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services with backend applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application architecture decisions.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Experience designing and developing microservices architecture.
• Strong database knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
