The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and healthcare-focused applications. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python

Work on healthcare-related data processing, APIs, and integrations

Implement basic AI/ML models or support AI-driven features where applicable

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery

Optimize application performance and ensure high reliability

Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)

Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

Experience with REST APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL)

Strong technical knowledge is mandatory as there will be a technical evaluation round
