Python Developer

Setoo Solutions is looking for a talented Python Developer with strong backend development expertise to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and healthcare-focused applications. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python

• Work on healthcare-related data processing, APIs, and integrations

• Implement basic AI/ML models or support AI-driven features where applicable

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery

• Optimize application performance and ensure high reliability

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)

• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

• Experience with REST APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL)

• Strong technical knowledge is mandatory as there will be a technical evaluation round

• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in the healthcare domain (EHR/EMR systems, HIPAA awareness, etc.)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
