Hiring: Python Docker Engineer
📍 Remote | Contract Opportunity
Shift : 7:30 PM - 12:30 AM ( Rest 4 Hours Flexible)
We are looking for a
Python Docker Engineer
to join a frontier AI data initiative focused on building the infrastructure and training data used to develop and evaluate next-generation AI agents.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in
Python
(FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Hands-on experience with
Docker
and Git
- Experience building scalable backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices
• Proficient in
Claude / Claude Code
and other AI coding assistants
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous experience building AI data tasks is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Python backend applications that replicate SaaS platforms such as Slack, Jira, Linear, Notion, Gmail, and Wikis
- Develop, test, and validate backend connectors and integrations
- Build new connectors and enhance existing ones
- Perform backend testing and integration validation
- Mine data and workflows to create realistic AI training tasks
- Conduct QA, write evaluation rubrics, and ensure task quality
- Collaborate with engineering teams while using AI coding tools throughout development
Nice to Have:
- Experience building SaaS integrations/connectors
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and QA methodologies
- Experience designing realistic long-horizon AI workflows
