We are seeking a highly skilled Python Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable Python applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best coding practices. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying robust solutions to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Python-based applications and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
Mentoring and reviewing the code of junior developers.
Implement best practices, coding standards, and automated testing.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Python applications.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Python development.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Python Developer, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in Python, with good knowledge of frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with frontend technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
