Python Developer

TurkStart is seeking a competent and delivery-oriented Python Developer to support the ongoing development and optimization of its digital platform and internal systems. • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and manage APIs to support web and mobile functionalities
• Integrate third-party services, plugins, and data sources into the platform
• Optimize database structures and ensure efficient data handling
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and content teams to deliver seamless functionality
• Maintain code quality, version control, and documentation standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Support implementation of automation tools and internal workflows
• Ensure platform security, data protection, and performance stability
• *Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar)
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with structured reporting
