🚀 We’re Hiring: Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in building scalable microservices, cloud-native applications, and API integrations.

JD:

Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js for building backend services and APIs.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) in production environments.

Knowledge of microservices architecture, service boundaries, and event-driven patterns.

Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLMs and AI-powered services.

Familiarity with Azure or equivalent cloud platforms, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.

Experience with LLM integration, prompt design, tool usage, and reliable model response handling.

Hands-on experience with Telephony/SMS platforms such as Twilio or meeting platforms such as Zoom.

Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.

Ability to design reliable, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), with Claude AI woven into our core product workflows.

You’ll own services end to end across our meeting, SMS/messaging, and vendor-integration platforms, and help drive our ongoing migration from monolithic components to a cleanly decoupled service architecture.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and operate microservices in Python and/or Node.js, deployed to AKS
• Integrate Claude (Anthropic API) into product features — prompt design, tool use, and reliable handling of model responses
• Build and maintain services across our meeting, SMS, and vendor-facing domains
• Lead decoupling efforts: carve well-bounded services out of existing systems, define clean APIs and event contracts, and manage data/traffic migration with minimal disruption
• Integrate third-party vendor APIs (telephony/SMS, meeting platforms) with an eye toward resilience and graceful degradation
• Own observability, performance, and on-call reliability for the services you ship.
