We are seeking an experienced Python AI Engineer with 3-7 years of hands-on experience developing AI and machine learning solutions, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs). You will design and implement sophisticated AI agents, build agentic workflows, and develop intelligent systems that leverage cutting-edge LLM technologies and frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in agentic development frameworks and a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated LLM-powered applications with expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model integration
- Build and optimize agentic systems that autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex tasks
- Develop robust agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and other advanced frameworks for multi-step reasoning and decision-making
- Implement LLM interactions including API integration, context management, token optimization, and response handling
- Contribute actively to open-source projects and internal repositories, demonstrating collaborative development practices
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, vector databases, and knowledge management solutions
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, manage costs, and monitor model drift in production
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of professional software development experience with strong Python, FAST API, Microservices, Multiprocessing and Async APIs with webhooks expertise
