Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Python Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Pune, tasked with architecting and scaling high-performance web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering squads to deliver robust solutions. You will be instrumental in driving technical strategy, ensuring our platform remains performant, secure, and user-centric while directly impacting the digital experience of our global client base.
Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the technical roadmap and mentoring junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI to ensure seamless data processing and API performance for end-users.
- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js to provide an engaging and intuitive experience for our customers.
- Design and optimize complex SQL database schemas to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between product goals and engineering execution.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles and improve the overall stability of the production environment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Python and React.js, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to design and manage relational databases using SQL, ensuring optimal query performance and data security.
- Strong proficiency in modern backend frameworks including Django, Flask, or FastAPI, with the ability to choose the right tool for specific architectural needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment in Pune.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and emerging technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
