Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python GIT JavaScript ProC PL/SQL Shell scripting mySQL C Linux Unix and C++. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Python JavaScript and other technologies to meet project requirements.
- Oversee the integration of systems and ensure seamless communication between different platforms using GIT and Shell scripting.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using mySQL and PL/SQL to support application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
- Optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions using C and C++.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the Cards & Payments domain by leveraging domain knowledge to develop tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong proficiency in Python GIT JavaScript ProC PL/SQL Shell scripting mySQL C Linux Unix and C++.
- Demonstrate experience in the Cards & Payments domain particularly in Issuer & Issuer Processor is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
