Python/ Java Full Stack Trainer

The Full Stack Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical capabilities of our development teams. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in full - stack development, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities : Training Program Development : Design and develop comprehensive training programs for full - stack development, covering both frontend and backend technologies. Create training materials, including presentations, documentation, and hands - on exercises.

Training Delivery : Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for developers at various levels of expertise. Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of different teams and individuals.

Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to participants during and after training sessions. Facilitate Q&A sessions and encourage collaborative learning.

Skills Assessment : Assess the skill levels of participants through quizzes, projects, and other evaluation methods. Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills.

Stay Informed : Stay up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in full - stack development. Integrate new technologies and tools into training programs to ensure relevance.

Collaboration : Collaborate with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance the overall effectiveness of training programs. Gather feedback and continuously improve training content based on participant and organizational needs.
