Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Programming Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in Python programming, scripting, automation, data handling, and application development. The trainer will conduct hands-on coding sessions, mentor learners on real-time projects, and support students and professionals in building strong programming fundamentals and career-ready technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training on Python programming concepts
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, programming exercises, and mini projects
• Train learners on Python fundamentals, OOP concepts, file handling, modules, and exception handling
• Teach scripting, automation, API integration, and database connectivity basics
• Prepare training materials, coding assignments, quizzes, and assessments
• Guide learners on debugging, coding standards, and best programming practices
• Mentor students for hackathons, internships, certifications, and placement readiness
• Monitor learner performance and provide technical support
• Conduct revision sessions and mock technical interviews
• Update curriculum based on latest Python frameworks and industry trends
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams for learner development initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python programming language
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Knowledge of file handling, exception handling, functions, and modules
• Familiarity with databases and SQL integration using Python
• Basic understanding of APIs, automation, and scripting concepts
• Good debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to conduct practical coding and troubleshooting sessions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Science, AI/ML, or Web Development using Python
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting utilities
• Exposure to cloud or DevOps environments
• Academic or corporate training experience preferred

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field

Certifications Preferred

• Python Certifications from recognized platforms
• Data Science or AI Certifications (Added Advantage)
• Cloud Certifications (Preferred)
