Python Software Developer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer with 1+ years of experience in backend development and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and modern web frameworks, along with hands-on experience building scalable APIs and AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance REST APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Django and scripting techniques.
• Build and manage AI workflows, including chains, agents, retrievers, and graph-based systems using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Develop end-to-end LLM applications, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, and evaluation pipelines.
• Optimize applications for production, including asynchronous processing, error handling, monitoring, and scalability on cloud platforms.
• Work with Linux-based systems for deployment, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud deployment, infrastructure management, and scaling applications.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to design, deploy, and iterate AI-driven features based on performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with FastAPI and/or Django frameworks.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, especially LangChain or similar ecosystems.
• Knowledge of LLM concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, and vector stores.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and scalable system design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
