Job Description

• We are seeking a QA Engineer with experience in Playwright to join our team.
• The candidate will primarily focus on migrating existing Selenium automation test scripts to Playwright and creating new automation test scripts using Playwright, JMeter, and shell scripts.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing Selenium automation test scripts and methods to Playwright test scripts.
• Develop new automation test scripts using Playwright, JMeter, and shell scripts.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.
• Assist in the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Core Java and OOP concepts.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like JMeter.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and frameworks including Jenkins, GIT, TestNG, Maven, JUnit, and Eclipse.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of bug reporting and functional testing.
