Role :
We are looking for a Business/Data Analyst who enjoys solving complex product and data problems at scale.
This is not a reporting, dashboarding, or BI role.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to understand how users interact with our platform, identify opportunities for automation, improve product intelligence, and solve challenging real-world problems using data.
You will help shape product features, build analytical frameworks, and translate ambiguous business problems into scalable product solutions.

What you'll do :
- Analyze large-scale datasets across marketing, commerce, and customer platforms.
- Write production-grade SQL and Python to build analytical workflows, automations, and internal product capabilities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and product experiments.
- Investigate complex customer and product issues, identify root causes, and design scalable solutions.
- Build data models, analytical frameworks, and decision-support systems.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions through insights derived from data.
- Create documentation and frameworks that help scale the platform and internal operations.
What we are looking for :
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Excellent analytical and first-principles problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and independently drive outcomes.
- Strong curiosity about technology, AI, and product development.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have :
- Understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, analytics, or SaaS products.
- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, or automation workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data stacks.
This role is not for you if :
- You are primarily interested in Power BI dashboard development.
- You are primarily interested in Tableau dashboarding.
- You prefer low-code or no-code reporting workflows.
- You are looking for a reporting-focused MIS or BI Analyst role.
- You enjoy creating dashboards more than solving data and product problems using SQL and Python.
