Job Description :
We are looking for a team of Java/Spring Boot engineers with AI exposure to augment and upskill the existing development team. The engagement focuses on leveraging an AI Hub (Agentic platform) to accelerate development, automate code generation, and streamline testing and deployment processes.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and enhance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Leverage AI/Agentic platforms (AI Hub) to :
- Generate LLDs (Low-Level Designs).
- Accelerate code development.
- Create automated regression test packs.
- Integrate AI-generated outputs into enterprise-grade applications and workflows.
- Support UAT, deployment, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, DevOps) to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Work on existing architectures (requirements and design already completed) and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of applications.
Key Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in :
- Java (8/11/17).
- Spring Boot & Microservices.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools / Generative AI / Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Copilot, Claude, AI Hub, etc.).
- Experience working with :
- REST APIs.
- Distributed systems.
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) including testing and deployment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Domain :
- Capital Markets - Security Services.
- Knowledge of Custody Services (Asset Servicing, Clearing, Corporate Actions) is a big plus.
