• Experience in web development
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Flask framework
• Strong experience in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Expertise in AG-Chart and AG-Grid JavaScript libraries
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python (Flask), CSS, and JavaScript
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Develop both front-end and back-end components
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
• Actively participate in team meetings and foster a collaborative environment
• Work with developers to share knowledge and ensure consistency across projects
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications
• Identify ambiguities in requirements and proactively suggest solutions
• Contribute to effort estimation and solution planning
• Support application design and architecture decisions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
• Stay updated with latest web development technologies and trends
