React.js Developer - Javascript/TypeScript

Role Overview :

We are looking for seasoned React.js Developers and Technical Leads to join our high-impact engineering team at a leading global MNC. In this role, you will architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications that serve millions of users worldwide. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop robust, reusable frontend components to ensure high code quality and maintainability across large-scale enterprise applications.
• Optimize application performance and rendering speed to deliver a superior user experience for our global customer base.
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Integrate complex RESTful APIs and state management solutions to ensure seamless data flow and application stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of feature-rich web solutions.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in modern JavaScript development and architectural patterns.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in building complex, responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of the underlying JavaScript ecosystem.
• Proven ability to write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to industry-standard design patterns and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional project outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of troubleshooting complex frontend issues in high-traffic production environments.
• A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a distributed or hybrid environment, and capable of driving initiatives across multiple global time zones.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
