React.js Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced React Frontend Developer to drive the development into our core applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills :

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
• Knowledge of micro frontend (MFE) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Familiar with any CI / CD mechanisms (MS Azure)
• Familiar, ready, ability to integrate any JavaScript library to the application
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Yarn, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools & commands (such as Git)
• Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture (MSA) and design patterns to build highly scalable modules.
• Good working knowledge of CI/CD environments or pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, and solid communication skills.
• Being ambitious and learning about new technologies that does not know about or future innovations and being open to continuous self-improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Design, and QA teams to deliver robust, business-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5 - 10 years experience in software development projects in a development role.
• Experience in working within Scrum / Agile project teams.
• Build up architecture and modern Web-Applications.
• Familiar with the Atlassian Toolchain.
• Strong solution orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an Asian multicultural project environment.
• Ability to present concepts clearly to management.
• Self-starter and active driver of change especially in terms of digital mind set & tools.

Key Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 12 years of hands-on experience in React Development

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with management tools like JIRA, Confluence or similar.
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
• Exposure to tools (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Postman) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
