React.js Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React and React Native components for cross-platform applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories and wireframes into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure application stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex user interfaces using React.js and React Native.
• Proven expertise in state management using Redux, including designing and implementing efficient data flows.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, and data structures.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
