Role Description

Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + ReactJS) | AI Experience Preferred Backend

• Strong experience in Python (5+ years)
• Experience with frameworks such as: o FastAPI o Flask o Django
• REST API development
• Microservices architecture
• Authentication and authorization mechanisms Frontend
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3
• Material UI, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks
• State management (Redux, Context API) Database
• SQL databases: o PostgreSQL o SQL Server o MySQL
• NoSQL databases: o MongoDB o Cosmos DB (preferred) Cloud & DevOps
• Azure preferred (or AWS/GCP)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps
• CI/CD pipelines AI/ML (Preferred)
• OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services
• LangChain/LlamaIndex
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS)
• AI agent frameworks and chatbot development Leadership & Soft Skills
• Experience leading development teams of 3-8 members.
• Ability to drive technical discussions and solutioning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to mentor and upskill team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
