Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and skilled React.js Developer with 3–7 years of experience in modern front-end application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web technologies to build scalable, responsive, and high-performance applications.

The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-powered developer tools such as Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar platforms to accelerate development, improve code quality, optimize performance, and enhance overall engineering productivity.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable UI design.
• Understanding of application performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or similar React frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools to improve development efficiency.

Preferred AI Development Experience Candidates should demonstrate:

• Practical use of AI tools for code generation and refactoring.
• Ability to validate and optimize AI-generated code.
• Experience using AI for debugging, documentation, unit test generation, and performance improvements.
• Understanding of AI-assisted software development best practices while maintaining code quality and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
