Job Description :

Core Java & Backend Engineering :

• Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Extensive experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience in backend application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Front-End/UI Skills (Angular) :

• Strong experience with Angular (v8 preferred), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
• Knowledge of state management, component-based architecture, and API integration.
• Understanding of UI performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

Distributed Systems & Performance :

• Experience developing and supporting high-throughput, scalable microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and event-driven systems.
• Experience working with multi-core and distributed systems handling large volumes of data and transactions.
• Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.

Data & Database Skills :

• Strong Oracle and SQL development skills.
• Experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
• Knowledge of relational database design principles and data modeling.

Messaging & Integration :

• Experience with messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, asynchronous communication, and distributed messaging frameworks.

Observability & Monitoring:

- Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Moogsoft, or similar platforms.

• Ability to analyze logs, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot production issues.

DevOps & SDLC :

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with source control tools such as Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with build and deployment tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

AI & Engineering Productivity :

• Ability to write effective prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and workflow automation.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions across front-end and back-end applications.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
