Reporting & Analytics Lead - Python/SQL

Experience : 6 - 10 Years

Required Technical Skills :

• Databricks (Data Engineering, SQL Warehouses, Delta Tables, Data Validation)
• Python (Pandas, Automation, Data Processing, Reporting Solutions)
• SQL (Advanced querying, optimization, joins, window functions, RCA)
• Tableau (Dashboard development, performance tuning, LODs, calculations, storytelling)
• Alteryx (Workflow development, automation, ETL, macros)
• Data Analytics & Reporting (KPI design, trend analysis, executive reporting)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data issue troubleshooting
• Data Quality & Validation frameworks
• Exposure to Power Automate, APIs, and workflow automation is a plus
• Understanding of healthcare/insurance data is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good Understanding of AI Concepts and good to have development and deployment hands on experience.
