Job Responsibilities

• Set division-wide standards for web development technologies and methodologies
• Work directly with analytics team as well as business partners to propose and develop solutions that appropriately balance speed and long-term maintainability
• Drive a results oriented tech team with help of your expertise in technical sales engineering in cloud computing environment, big data, machine learning, and numerical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
• Architect, design and build integrations between cloud contact center platforms and external systems or fulfill a customer's requirements using the various cloud platform APIs and services.
• Work closely as a main point of contact with customer technical and business stakeholders as part of a project team(s) to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions with one or more of our partner vendor platforms.
• Motivate team members, probes into technical details and mentors others to do the same. Mentoring and coaching colleagues is an important part of this role.
• Be responsible for the overall look and feel (UI/UX) of all customer facing applications in accordance with standards jointly set by the web development team and business partners. At times build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design to bring a culture of - simple- UI/UX design
• Deliver technical pitches.
• 6-8+ years of full stack experience a. 2+ years of experience in a start-up environment or fast growing company.

b. 4 years or more of experience programming (i.e., Java, .Net)

c. 3 years or more of experience using RESTful APIs (i.e., Java, Spring Boot, .NetCore, NodeJS)

d. 3 years or more or more of experience with developing Microservices e. 2 years or more with UI development (i.e., Angular, React, Node.JS, JavaScript)

• Strong practical knowledge of designing user interfaces and taking into account user experience (UI/UX)
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, jQuery, Vue
• Proficiency in backend programming in Python (Django/Flask)
• Adherence to agile development methodologies, including CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Proficiency in designing/consuming RESTful services (JSON)
• Fluency in consuming data from SQL databases and/or analytics platforms
• Fluency with Cloud based infrastructure (preferably AWS)

Salary : 12 - 18 LPA
