SDET - Java/Selenium

Role Overview :

As an SDET, you will be a crucial part of our agile development teams, ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies. Your work will directly impact the user experience by ensuring our applications are robust, scalable, and performant, ultimately contributing to increased customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement automated test suites using Java and Python to ensure comprehensive test coverage for our microservices architecture.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development process, reducing time to market.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of test frameworks and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing efforts.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain automated test suites using Java and Python.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience testing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
